We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Willson provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that situations sometimes arise that necessitate changes in appointments. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice as time and facilities are reserved for your treatment on an individual basis. Changes in reserved appointment without at least a day’s notice affect other patients who have been waiting to be seen in our office, as well as increase dental costs.
